ClearCompany is committed to creating a reputable marketplace for Norfolk’s traders and a quality shopping experience for shoppers.

This site has been created for Norfolk traders and everything we do is directed by them.  We do not charge any subscription and the site is Free to use until 1 October 2020 at which point we will seek 5% of each item sold.  If you don’t sell, you don’t pay a penny.  Until 1 October, the only deduction will be the 1% fee from Stripe payment gateway.  We want to help your business recover from the devastating impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. 

How to feature a product

Once registered, traders can immediately upload product details and any photographs or video to illustrate it.   Picture are displayed in a carousel allowing a variety of images to illustrate your product or service.  Remember to include postage and packaging where appropriate.


How to access your funds

We want to make this as accessible as possible for traders. They will receive an email with a customer order and payment.  Once the seller has accepted the order to tell us it’s been fulfilled, they can withdraw the funds direct from their product page.  It may take up to 5 days for the transaction to process.

The primary purpose of this site is to provide an outlet for Norfolk traders and service providers.  This service will only be a success if it works for traders.  This is a new site launched in late April 2020.  We welcome all feedback to develop this into a platform that supports all Norfolk businesses delivering services and products that originate in Norfolk. 


Profile information:

  1. Relevant qualifications held/necessary (e.g. trainer qualifications or skills)
  2. Trade membership
  3. Food hygiene certification (if applicable)
  4. Agreement that from 1st October 2020, your business will allow ClearCompany to retain five per cent of each sale to to fulfil the company’s aims
  5. Declaration that this product or service was made or originates in Norfolk

Product information:

  1. At least one clear photo representing your product or service
  2. A description of your product or service
  3. The category it belongs to (e.g. Art & Design, Catering, Training)
  4. Ingredients in food (allergens)
  5. Product materials
  6. Course specific entry requirements
  7. Price
  8. Details of production (where it was produced, when, by whom)
  9. Delivery details if different from standard delivery
