Join us and Dr Emma Ping to delve further into the perimenopause and menopause and how it affects you.
This is your opportunity to learn from a British Menopause Accredited expert about how to improve your wellbeing and deal with some of the troublesome aspects midlife changes can present.
Whether it’s a drop in confidence, a hike in anxiety, hot flashes, a decline in memory or concentration, or maybe the perimenopause is exacerbating ADHD symtoms…..YOU’RE NOT ALONE!
The Women’s Wellbeing Collective is a safe, confidential space to share and learn more about changes at these life stages.
No matter what age the perimenopause or menopause is affecting you, everyone is welcome.
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. 7pm to 9pm.
Our bar and cafe will be open for drinks and snacks. We’d also love to hear from you if there is anything in addition to information you would like us to include – whether it’s a craft session, wellbeing activity, or clothes swap!
