Sound Cafe Sessions
Our monthly Sound Cafe session is the perfect space for poets, musicians and comedians of all stages to share the spotlight.
We have all genres and ages at The Sound Cafe. With our PA set up, it’s a simple case of plugging in and playing or taking the mic to read poetry or deliver your latest stand up set to an encouraging, positive audience.
Each month, we are blown away at the range of talent and warmth from everyone in the room.
Our bar is open and we serve a range of savoury meals, sausage rolls, cakes and scones.
Join us from 7pm and put your name down on the list if you want to perform. You need only have one song or poem under your hat. People have come along and performed for the first time outside their bedroom or livingroom – now they are perfoming all over the county!
Free entry. Donations most welcome.
